HOW IT WORKS
One forwarded email.
Everything else is automatic.
MyAirAdvocate turns flight disruptions into recovered money for your clients — without adding a single task to your day.
01 · FORWARD
Forward the booking confirmation
When you book a client's flights, forward the airline's confirmation email to your unique MyAirAdvocate address — or set up an auto-forward rule and never think about it again. Our AI reads any airline's format: legacy carriers, low-cost, multi-leg, codeshares.
One email = one monitored trip. Every flight on the itinerary is extracted, matched to live flight data, and put under watch.
02 · MONITOR
Every flight is watched automatically
In the window around each flight, we check it against live departure and arrival data: delays, cancellations, diversions. You do nothing. Your client does nothing.
There's no browser tab to keep open and no status page to refresh — monitoring runs on our schedule, around the clock.
03 · DETECT
Disruptions are caught the moment they matter
A 3+ hour arrival delay, a cancellation, a diversion — the thresholds that trigger EC261/UK261 compensation are exactly what we watch for. When one hits, the trip is flagged and you get an alert.
Arrival delay is what counts legally (measured when the doors open, not touchdown) — and it's what we measure.
04 · ASSESS
The claim is scored, honestly
Our rules engine evaluates the claim like an advocate would: the delay, the route's jurisdiction, the distance band — and the weather at both airports, because "extraordinary circumstances" is the airline's favourite defence and we check it before they raise it.
You see a claim-strength score with plain-English reasons — including when a claim is weak. An honest "this one likely won't pay" protects your credibility with clients.
05 · CLAIM
A ready-to-send legal letter
For qualifying disruptions, MyAirAdvocate generates a complete demand letter in your client's name: the correct regulation and articles, the case law that closes loopholes, the exact compensation amount, and a pre-emption of the airline's standard defences.
Written in the passenger's voice, ready for them (or you) to send — by the airline's claim form, email, or PDF, routed per airline. Claims can be filed for disruptions up to 6 years back.
06 · TRACK
Followed to the money
Every claim lives in your pipeline: sent, awaiting response, paid. Claims that sit unanswered past 30 days are flagged for chasing — because airlines count on people forgetting.
Your dashboard shows the number that matters: how much you've recovered for your clients.
The airline pays your client directly.
MyAirAdvocate never touches the money. No percentage taken from your client's compensation, no payout accounts, no waiting on a middleman. We prepare the claim; the airline pays the passenger. Your subscription is the only thing you ever pay us.
