Questions, answered
What counts as an itinerary?
One forwarded booking confirmation = one itinerary, however many flights it contains. A round trip with a connection each way is one itinerary, four monitored flights.
What happens if I go over my monthly allowance?
Nothing bad — and this matters: we never stop monitoring your clients' trips. Your extra itineraries are still ingested and watched. We'll flag that you're over and suggest the next tier, but no client's flight ever goes unmonitored because of a limit. (Agency's unlimited tier is subject to fair use.)
Do you take a percentage of my clients' compensation?
Never. The airline pays your client directly — we never touch the money. Your subscription is the only thing you ever pay us. (Most consumer claim services take 25–35% of the payout. We think your clients should keep what they're owed.)
Who actually sends the claim to the airline?
Your choice. On Starter and Professional, you pick at signup (and can change anytime): either you submit the prepared claim on your client's behalf, or your client is alerted they're eligible and sends the ready-made letter themselves. On Agency, we handle filing and managing claims for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — self-serve from your billing page, effective at the end of your billing period. No contracts, no cancellation calls.
Which flights are covered?
EC261 covers flights departing EU airports (on any airline) and flights arriving into the EU on EU carriers. UK261 mirrors this for the UK. Compensation runs €250–€600 (£220–£520) per passenger depending on distance, for 3+ hour arrival delays, cancellations, and denied boarding.
How far back can claims go?
Up to 6 years in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, 5 in Scotland, and typically 2–5 years across EU countries. Forward an old itinerary and we'll check it.
