Each route's score weighs on-time percentage (55%) and median departure delay (45%) across every tracked flight, weighted by operations flown, with cancellations heavily penalized. A = consistently clean. F = book something else. Grades reflect recent form from departure-board telemetry — short windows are honest but noisy, and they update as new operations land.
