FOR TRAVELERS · FLIGHT RIGHTS, PLAINLY
Your flight broke.
Here’s what the airline owes you — and how to keep all of it.
Cancelled, delayed, bumped, or stranded in the UK or EU? You’re owed €250–€600 per person, and the desk won’t mention it. Claim companies charge 25–50% to file a twenty-minute form. These guides are the form, the letter, and the escalation — free.

THE MONEY
Per person. Per direction. On top of the refund.
If your flight departed from the UK or EU on any airline — or arrived there on a UK or EU airline — EU Regulation 261 and UK261 set fixed compensation by distance. Not a voucher, not miles: cash, and the airline has to prove extraordinary circumstances to avoid it. Crew shortages and “operational reasons” don’t count.

THE ARTIFACT
The letter airlines actually pay.
Short, specific, cites the right article, states the amount, names the dispute body. Six paragraphs with a note beside each one explaining what it’s doing — the same logic our claim engine encodes, taught in the open. Copy it, fill in the brackets, send.

I built the software that watches flights and prepares these claims automatically — which meant reading the regulation, the case law, and a few hundred airline refusals until the patterns were obvious. These guides are those patterns, written down. They’re free because the do-it-yourself path is real, and a company that charges a flat fee instead of a percentage can afford to say so.
Two minutes to find out what your flight owes you.
Free. No signup. The claim, if you want it, is a flat fee.
